COVID-19 Response

Although we have resumed normal hours of operation, we are taking extra precautions to help ensure the healthy and safety of our staff and customers.

As such, customers are currently not allowed inside our office areas, and all rental orders must be scheduled/finalized in advance via phone or e-mail.

Additionally, to maintain social distancing, NGP staff will not be able to assist with the loading/unloading of equipment into/out of vehicles, so please make sure you bring enough people to safely load/unload equipment.

Upon return, all equipment will go through a quarantine/disinfection period prior to being fully checked in, so final invoices and L&D reports may be delayed by up to 7 days.
